What is fee for services?
Fees are determined based on level of services needed by client. We assess each client individually into 3 levels of care.
What is the protocol for Covid-19?
All personnel are screened daily and trained in disinfectant procedures. Hand washing before encountering client, all personnel are required to wear necessary personal protection equipment (PPE), gloves, mask, eyes shields. Trinity-HTC-Services disinfect the working area(s) in the client’s home and we do not cross contaminate our care givers. We at Trinity-HTC-Services practice a consistency of care with caregiver to prevent cross contamination of our clients and care givers, we encourage our personnel to limit their expose to others unnecessarily when caring for our clients. All MD orders and CDC protocols are followed to ensure safety for all.
What are the procedures should a client become infected at home.
Trinity-HTC-Services will care for the client(s) with COVID-19 at their home following all MD orders and CDC protocols to ensure safety for all.
What type of services are offered?
Services are specifically tailored for each client based on physical and amedical needs. Some basic services provided are Dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, Sundowners care, memory care, medication reminder, assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s), light laundry, housekeeping, food preparations, meal planning, cooking, vital sign & glucose monitoring, assistance with showers, transportation to MD, appts., Lab appts., eye exams.
What type of caregivers do you use?
All of Trinity-HTC-Services personnel are certified and insured. Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) with CPR & First Aide are supervised by a retired RN with over 20+ years of Intensive ICU Nursing experience. All personnel are trained in Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Sun downers, fall prevention, glucose monitoring etc.
